We at REV Inc look forward to helping you accomplish your goals for your new home building project, and we are proud to have been servicing the Maine area for over 2 years and now New Hampshire. As well as having an extensive background in civil engineering, I am the only Home Builder in Maine who specializes in Energy Star modular homes, which means that my homes are at least 30% more energy efficient than any other non-labeled home. Modular construction has answered many of the shortcomings inherent in onsite "stick built" projects. Quality standards and specifications are assured (e.g. IRC 2003 code is currently used), delivery is certain, and the construction window is dramatically shortened resulting in limited risk and exposure to changing market conditions (e.g. lumber). Delivery times are 6 to 12 weeks from date of order and, depending on the requested finishes, it takes about another 4 to 8 weeks for the houses to be completed for occupancy (modulars come about 95% complete from the factory). Also, please note that we can service any number of needs such as "turn-key", panelized walls/shells (including garages and precast foundation walls that can be installed in one day and guaranteed for 15 years), or just furnishing the modular homes themselves (leaving you with the final 5% "finishing"). One of the other most important features of modulars is that they are more structurally sound than any stick built home due to the simple fact that they need to hold up for transporting and handling.

If you have experience with other builders, you will find that I am one of the very few who uses state of the art computer software (e.g. scheduling) to effectively and efficiently manage all jobs. In addition to the weekly schedule of progress, we provide progress photos and at the end of the project, we provide all photos on a convenient CD/DVD.
